Synaptic s. r. o. is an IT company delivering custom solutions to businesses and individuals – from software and web application development, through process automation and artificial intelligence, to cloud infrastructure, operations and round-the-clock monitoring. Our goal is to transform manual, repetitive work into reliable automated processes and connect technologies into a functional whole.

Our own product
We built an alerting system that rings the entire brigade and sends an SMS with intervention details at the press of a single button. Members confirm attendance with one tap, launch navigation to the scene and coordinate in the intervention chat, while the commander watches confirmations on a live real-time dashboard.

We built a public website with an overview of services, an online missing person report form, a membership application and contact details. Alongside it we added a non-public admin section that automatically watches the police register of missing persons and selected public pages, evaluates new cases against configured rules and instantly sends an alert to members' phones — by SMS, email or Telegram. Monitoring data is never shown on the public side.
We built a bilingual website with a product catalogue and a step-by-step ordering flow — the customer picks a device, chooses whether they want installation, books a free slot in the calendar, uploads a photo of their cabinet and submits the order. They then receive a confirmation and a PAY by square QR code for bank transfer, while we get a notification with the full order. Orders, appointments and messages are managed in the admin section.
